    I had the pleasure of having Monja install a door for me last week. She was not only friendly but very efficient and clean. Would definitely recommend her to sort out your handy WOman needs :).

    I don’t have a problem with the quality of the work but felt that I was over charged for the work done. When I tried to tell the woman why I thought I was over charged she reasoned that we signed the invoice and would not listen to what I was saying to her. They charged me R 1800 excluding vat for 3 light fittings. The wire was laid already and the holes was made, they just had to connect the wire to the light fittings and fasten the lights to the ceiling. The price they quoted for the 3 lights was R 600 so the labour was R 1200 before vat, ridiculous.

    This is a really unprofessional business, from the admin staff to the plumbers. They installed a non-compliant geyser, did not provide feedback on calls or emails when asked to re-assess and repair issues, and blamed our insurance company without providing details in writing for us to follow-up. Really horrible business dealings, would never recommend or use!

    Worst plumbing company ever!! To start with does not understand simple English no way of speaking when asking to come out or advice, as we have a leaking geeser which is a emergency. I have no clue how insurance can recommend this people or even become a trader on the insurance panel, get local people to do the work!!!! romeo from call away plumbing you honestly need to do a better jobe or get out of the industry

    You have a better chance of getting an ice cream from McDonalds than getting any help from these people. The owner has an inability to work in this field. Can barely speak English properly. Argues with me because SHE FAILED TO DO HER JOB. Do not use these people!! Trash service. They work on their own time and have no care for appointments. Also, make sure you have a lot of airtime coz all you’ll be doing is phoning these people following up on them and then be met with the owner who should honestly have her phone taken away from her. She shouldn’t be allowed to communicate with customers
