What absolutely phenomenal service from Addicted Leak!!!!! Within minutes of me phoning standard bank’s insurance department to say that my geyser had burst, Jaen-Marie from Addicted Leak called to say they were on their way to my house. She was so friendly and explained in great detail how the procedure would work. When the guys arrived, they were extremely professional and efficient. I think this is the best service i have ever received from any company ever!!!!! I was so upset when the geyser burst and thought it was going to be a long drawn out procedure, but it has been incredibly pleasant and hassle free. Thanks so much Addicted Leak. You are amazing. Wow, what an amazing experience from this professional company. Firstly the team were friendly, helpful and informative. Secondly, the team were on time for all their appointments, which doesn’t happen that much anymore. Thirdly, the installation was old school neat and Tidy and not a rush job that loads of contractors are lately completing. I highly recommend these guys, but don’t just take my word for it, try them yourselves

This was the first time I used Addicted Leaks. Absolutely professional and polite team. They were very efficient and punctual which was amazing. They repaired my geyser element and did an excellent job. Very neat and Tidy during and after the repair. They are definitely reasonably priced as well. From my first contact, it took merely a few hours for the team to stop by to access and to complete the repair. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumbing service. Very satisfied with the service I received and I would definitely be using them in the future 👍
