    Excellent service from the office team and advised promptly when the work team will be available to carry out the work. Work team carried out the work very well and very tidy at the end. Highly recommend use of Drainmen for plumbing work

    I had requested that your company to assist with our shower drain. The service received was really disappointing. 1. When I enlisted your service I asked to be notified prior to arrival to ensure the dog was dropped off at daycare to not cause a disruption. This was not done and the team pitched up without notice. 2. ⁠the team broke the shower piping trying to connect the hose to it. 3. ⁠the team broke the toilet seat. 4. ⁠the team damaged the cupboard. 5. ⁠the team damaged the bath tub. Items 4 and 5 were only identified once the team left. The team once went away to get parts to replace the toilet seat and attempt to fix the shower piping. They did replace the seat but I was not happy on the fix for the shower so I told them to leave and go. I paid your bill but I did not budget to fix the shower and cupboard and bath tub. Please can you ask your teams going forward to be more considerate and careful when working. I also noticed one of the guys standing on the toilet piping outside. I would not even do that considering it’s my own house. I am not wanting anything just want to give you feedback

    Amazing service. The team Responded quick on my WhatsApp , and the guys were at my house in ten minutes. They were super friendly and helpful. They had a card machine and was also reasonably price for the hard work! Definitely can recommend them!
