    Bad service. This is the second wasted day! Have a team of about 6 men laying under a tree for more than 2hrs (and this after a full lunch hour) but apparently they are understaffed because two men never pitched for work today. Day 4 and the incompetence continues!

    I called Gilbert Plumbers in to fix a leaking rap at the end of December. I paid almost R800 for call out and replacement of a washer, only for the leak to come back worse 4 months later. And they don’t respond to emails. What a waste.

    Hands down the worst service ever. Their plumbers never rock up. I took umteen days off from work waiting for them to arrive. They never arrive. When you call the office they just assure you that the plumber is on his way or almost there. But he never shows up. Portia, the office clerk is rude and lacks customer service when it comes to sorting out problems caused by their company. They are a waste of time and money. I will forever be shocked at the way this company operates. It is by far the worst service I have received. It is so sad because they used to be our go to plumber when Ronald was in charge.
