Very disappointing and unprofessional customer service. My experience with Greenz Plumbing has been nothing short of disappointing. 1. I contacted them for a quote for a bathroom renovation. They conducted a site visit and provided a quote but did not include the cost of the shower door. When asked about the pricing for the shower door, they could not assist as the plumbers “did not know where to get the shower door from “. Very unprofessional and not helpful at all. 2. Despite the setback I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and contacted them again for a separate issue. This time I required their services for a faulty sink and a few other minor plumbing issues. The customer service consultant responded to my initial enquiry (expressing that they can assist me) but failed to respond to my second email or my follow up email where I expressed my interest in their services – I enquired about a date and time. It is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to leave a potential customer hanging without a response.

What a pleasure to deal with, they keep in touch and follow up on the plumbing that was done. The plumbing team done a good job as well with a fair price. I will surely be using them again.
