Service ended up taking multiple trips and as a result got overcharged on the hourly rate for a lack of proper sourcing of product. In the end a workaround was secured as they couldn’t find the part required, so had functional taps but asthaetics not in alignment with my requirements. Feel short changed to an extent and over-charged for what was delivered. Will think twice about using this provider in future.

What a great and efficient response! We had an electrician in to fit a geyser timer / controller and he discovered that our element needed replacing. KD Plumbing were in a nearby area and came very swiftly to complete the repair so that the electricians could complete their job. A very pleasant team, reasonable rates and professionally completed. You guys literally saved our butts on this job!
