Please beware of these guys, there is no after service support from them. We had an issue that they assisted us with regarding a leaking trap for our kitchen basin. After they replaced the trap and the piping the problem resurfaced, when contacting them they point blank told us that they will not come and assess their work and correct it, they are however happy to come out and replace the faulty work at full price for us. RESPONSE: If I had access to the manager I would have spoke to him/her before posting the review, unfortunately the contact information on the invoice is only for reception (which is where we got shut down). I will give you a call on the number supplied in your response, thank you.

I can most definetely recommend Mr Plumb Plumbing Co for any plumbing situations. The fastest and friendliest service I have ever received in my life. They got our geyser claim with the insurance company sorted in less than 1 hour and the technicians were on site replacing the geysers within half an hour later. Excellent service and very professional staff. I am highly impressed with the helpfullness and prompt service. Well done guys…you are tops!!!!

We were in dire straits after our geyser had burst. As “Mr Murphy” has it – these things do not happen during “normal” hours, in our case it happened “after hours” and it was pouring with rain – when Mr Plumb’s “A Team” came to the rescue! What impressed us the most was – after they were given the task to repair the geyser – how the WHOLE “Mr Plumb” team swung into action. All deserve mention – from their admin team, their follow up calls and the professional plumbers who came to our rescue, deserve mention for going the “extra mile!” (They completed installing the geyser just after 19:00 and then has still had to go to Parow to do another task.) The plumbers were professional, worked speedily with a smile and are clearly proud of their company! Mr Plumb’s “A Team” has not just done Mr Plumb PROUD, but rather the whole plumbing industry!
