I was told to collect my tiles this morning only to inform me on collection that they forgot to collect half of my tiles in Cape Town. Was told that they are sending a driver right away to collect and they will deliver it to my house asap. As I already had the tiles booked for the day, we sat and waited. I phoned then around 12h to follow up as they did not phone to keep me updated as promised. Again the driver was only loading 2 more parcels and they will let me know as soon as he is on his way. I am still waiting and now they are closed already. A whole day waisted because of bad service.

Received a quote, made payment, only to be told after payment i can have my delivery in the new year. Seams sales agent was more interested in her commission than about my business needs. Then had to fill in forms to have my funds returned. Was given their head office’s number in case i wanted to expedite the reimbursement. One would expect the sales agent to do her job, and liaise with their head office directly? You will definitely not have my business in the future!

Phoned On Tap and requested a quote. Spoke to Nicole that told me she would speak to the suppliers and get back to me. I had to follow up and left a message with one of her colleagues. More than a week later, still haven’t received a phone call as promised. Would not recommend
