Pinpoint delivers excellent on-site service and their response times are good. Unfortunately, the backoffice doesn’t provide the same excellent service. I’ve repeatedly asked for a post-service report for insurance purposes (something they said they would do), and I still have not received it.

UNPROFFESSIONAL SERVICE We requested services of Pinpoint Stellenbosch to do a leak detection inspection at a small bachelor flat. The “report” only comprised of a few pictures. No, reference to the images or any description of the work done to detect the leak. We sent them several e-mail requests to forward a leak detection report, but received no response.
