had a geyser leak and the bank appointed this company to check the repair. Bank consultant said Plumb leak Cape will be at our place around 8am, by 9am we followed up and the person replies, oh for the gentleman in Mitchells Plain unfortunately we cant make it. So if we didnt call we would be waiting forever.

They came out on a Thursday without notifying me, luckily I was at home. They did their inspection and was told the geyser needed to be replaced and they will forward it to the insurance. They called me the Tuesday morning after 8 to arrange for the geyser to be replaced between 9:30 – 10:00. At 10:30 I decided to call them on the number they called me from, I waited online for 15min for someone to answer only for the call to be dropped. I called again and the same thing. Tried calling the cell number listed on the website but also no answer there. When I eventually got through to them after 30 mins of trying, I was told they found out that the geyser is still under warranty and the manufacturer would have to replace the geyser. It took them from the Thurs – Tues after they made arrangements to fit a new geyser, that my existing one was under warranty. Also, no one called me to tell me any of this. If I hadn’t called who I would still be waiting for them. They lucky to even get one a one star rating from me. Worst service ever, I would not recommend this place and Discovery should drop them as a service provider.

Discovery Insure sent this company to replace our broken toilet and they left behind a complete mess. They were clearly told to replace the toilet with a big enough base to cover the area on the tiles. The pictures clearly show the bad workmanship. They even took the old beige toilet seat and put it on the new white toilet. They also did not clean after themselves. I can’t recommend this company.
