They were great on the first day, telling me I need a new toilet. However, it took a week to get a quote for the new toilet and when I finally got my new toilet delivered I waited another week for them to come and install it before I gave up on them and got a different plumber. Not to mention the reason it took a week to get a quote was that the owner decided to go fishing, without telling me that there would be a delay. Very unprofessional and did not care that I did not have a working toilet. I would never use them again

Paid 1550 for silicon only in the end ;which also had to be redone). They never came back with the part we needed and in the meantime our whole bedroom floor was flooded under the laminate tiles. 2 weeks wasted, floor damage, and 1550 thrown in bin. And no response in the end, didn’t even care, they said to get a leak detection company. Then contacted Trojan Plumbing that fixed the problem in two days in a row, found the piece and charged for only one call out fee (half of sea point plumbers fee) and only one hour of work. Total cost , all done in 2 days was 1350.
