Kakest plumbing service in the world. Apparently, the administration got the unit number of my apartment incorrect. And so their plumbers could not find the apartment. So they don’t have the tiniest bit of grey matter to think about consulting the reception about where to find the apartment block??? If they did this the receptionist or estate manager would have corrected them on the unit number and even taken them through to the apartment. I am working, I have meetings, I do not have the leisure to answer immediately. In addition, they informed me that they were granted access to the estate by the estate manager and that they have all the necessary information they need, being that the geyser is outside of the apartment, I would not need to be contacted for anything but to simply inform me that my geyser has been replaced/fixed. Incompetent!!!! Blames colleague for getting my unit number incorrect and further more says sorry we can’t help you because we have left to go attend to another customer. NEVER use their services. There is about a 100 other plumbers around and I’m sure they are far better in all aspects.

Bruce and his team came and quoted on the work to be done within a day👌 Made arrangements and stuck to schedule. I had an issue with the original stopcock being sunk into the ground on my property and the water meter on the outside and also sunk well below street level. They assisted me with the Municipality in having a new meter installed within 2 days👌 This allowed Bruce and his team to switch off the water to instal new taps outside as well as inside. Because the original taps inside were over 40yrs old and parts could not be replaced, Bruce sourced new ones👌 The team also raised my old stopcock that was on my property to a suitable height to enable me to switch off the water from inside my property. I would recommend Bruce and his team from Royal Flow Unlimited to anyone✨️
