Poor service they came to start unblocking a drain after 30min pack up their tools leave to go to other Jobs and promised to come back the Friday afternoon no communication haven’t heard or seen then again had to get another contractor to come do the job and it took them 30min all sorted.

Smiffs Plumbing did attend to the request of a blocked drain by a person that is well known to the plumber and while busy they were called out for a burst geyser which must be attended urgently to prevent any further water damages to the kitchen cupboards of the client . The plumber did a geyser replacement which took him him till after 20:00 at night and after he finish it slipped his mind to go back to the block drain . The plumber thought that the drain was sorted out and never went back . The matter was never reported to the office at Smiffs Plumbing but directly to the plumber whom the complainant knew personally from school days . I feel that the complaint was a communication mistake that does not reflect the service we provide to the public as we recieved numerous positive feedback from the public . The plumber and the complainant is well known with one another and feel hat the matter was taken out of context .
