My geyser burst in the early hours and after phoning different service providers, Roné was the only one to say that she would organise a team member to come and take a look. The team came just before midday to isolate the geyser and the next day, they came to replace the leaking geyser with a new one. They were super helpful, gave me lots of suggestions, provided a COC and their prices were competitive compared to others. I cannot recommend them enough!

We had a bit of a complicated geyser warranty replacement due to Kwikot’s policy to not cover installation. Which caused some administrative delays and frustrated tenants. However, when it came down to putting clients first, the plumber on site Wayne, and Nobesuthu went the extra mile to do what was needed for the installation. My tenants were extremely grateful to have hot water again and I was very impressed by their work ethic and dedication on the day. After being told by two other plumbing companies that we had a problem that cannot be solved – I contracted Smooth Systems to come back and solve the issue we initially faced. Wayne is a great plumber, good eye for problem solving. Huge thanks to Roné who was my first contact with the company. She’s always been available to answer my calls and texts and it’s a pleasure to hear a friendly person at work. Rates are competitive, yet reasonable. I will be calling on them for future work and would definitely recommend them. Thanks for being awesome!
