Firstly, they arrived extremely late (about an hour and a half) and we had specifically arrange someone to be there for access. Then the charge was outrageous for the works done… Would not use them again and would rather get someone else who could do it for a third of the cost. – Don’t come with your nonesense about us not being a Client. This was carried out by your company in Cape Town

Worst Experience Ever! I had the most terrible experience with Drain Surgeons tonight. The job itself was quick—took about 15 minutes—but the cost was absolutely outrageous! They charged an insane amount for something that should have been a simple fix. What’s even worse is that they do not share pricing up front. They hit you with the bill when they arrive and if you do not go ahead they still charge a ridiculous call out fee. To be clear, the plumbers themselves were friendly and clearly skilled and we had a great experience with their professionalism but that doesn’t excuse the ridiculous pricing. It feels like they’re taking advantage of people who are in a tough spot. I will NEVER use them again and I strongly DO NOT recommend them to anyone. There are far better options out there with honest, upfront pricing. Don’t make the mistake I did!
