Came to view my place and worked I wanted done on a geyser to make it compliant (to get a coc to sell property). Talked on phone afterwords regarding changes required. A few weeks later and still waiting for quote. Even prompt them again and was told he’ll send me over the details which never happened. I guess some jobs they just don’t prefer doing and then just go silent. Cant recommend this. Edit to response from Owner: Please don’t be sarcastic – I don’t need to expose personal information about myself – you already have that. I will attach a screenshot which shows your number, logo and conversion.

Willz Plumbing had to replace the washers of the four taps in my two showers. Two weeks after the job I phoned them telling them that the taps are all dripping again. The excuse was that they have bought a bunch of poor washers. So it was replaced at no extra cost. However the taps kept dripping. So after my own visit to the hardware store I bought R6.90 worth of washers. Replaced it myself and also found that the one washer was the wrong size! Should I have asked for a plumber to return for the third time for replacing washers?

The job is completed within the proposed time-frame , and finished completely without any shortcomings or necessity to complain about anything. If all service providers were treating their customers in the same manner and fairness, there would be great competition between service providers. Great job guys.
