Was extremely unhappy . They were meant to install my washing machine and attached the pipes and then found it across the kitchen after trying to do a load . Called the shop I bought it from and they said the lugs needed to be removed . Called them back and told them this and they sent someone out , again found the washing machine across the kitchen . Then had to wait for almost a month for LG to come only to tell me that the lugs were still not removed . I called them , and they were not interested in the least , told me it was not their problem . Stay away
