Minutes after logging my claim for a burst geyser with Outsurance, assisted by a very helpful and capable Nonto Mkize – Solarwise Plumbing responded. Twenty minutes later they came to inspect the damage. By 20:00 on the same day, the geyser had been replaced. The installers Ameen and Yasir were professional, courteous and neat. It was a pleasure dealing with them and they are good ambassadors for their employer.
