Got home after 16h00 on Friday, had a burst water pipe in driveway. Called Eric and he was at my house 10 minutes later. Pipe digged up and fixed 3 hours later. Will make use of Ew Plumbers (Eric) again. It is the small things, like the advice and suggestions, on some other issues, that makes the service he render extra special. Even followed up Saturday and Monday to hear if all is well.

Horrible service. Asked Eric to open my blocked drain. He showed me a video of the drain and claimed it is open and had me hand over R 1 550, 00. After he left my toilet was still not flushing and I had to get someone else. Then realised it was a video of the front section of the drain which he showed me, the back section was still completely blocked which he left like that. I had to pay someone else to open the drain. I have sent Eric the pictures and asked him for a partial refund and he absolutely refuses to do that.
