Their clear communication and expert guidance throughout the process were invaluable. I wholeheartedly recommend them! I also want to give a big shout out to Candice for managing my booking with the team. Her promptness, friendliness, and urgency in handling the matter were exceptional. Overall, an excellent team that I highly recommend!

I won’t recommend this company at all, STAY AWAY. Firstly they pitch up 90 min late after I phoned them to ask them if they are still coming. They take a picture of my house without permission. They “find ” the leak within 10 minutes that cost me there hourly rate BUT I address their “leak” without success. I tried numerous times to get hold of their manager, Carel, with NO success. I’M STILL WAITING FOR HIM TO ANSWER MY CALLS. PLEASE STAY AWAY from this company

*EDIT* Subsequent to my initial review below, I was contacted by management, and a team was dispatched to redo the leak detection. The leak was successfully located, and repairs were commenced. The on-site team was competent and professional, with special thanks to AJ, Kyle, and Jan for their excellent work. They also performed follow-up checks and assured me of their continued commitment should any further issues arise. Management attributed the initial delays (initial review below refers) to a failure by the admin team. Due to the on-site team’s efforts, which I sincerely appreciated, I am amending my review to 4-stars. Had it not been for the frustrating start, I can say it would have been 5-stars. *INITIAL REVIEW* I would most definitely not recommend Find My Leak. Our experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. On 12/12/2024, they conducted an initial inspection, confirmed there was a leak, but failed to locate it, charging me for the call-out. They promised a report, plan of action, and quotation within 1–2 days for additional work to find and fix the leak. Despite multiple follow-ups on 19/12/2024, 13/01/2025, and 16/01/2025, I have yet to receive anything as of 27/01/2025—more than 6 weeks later! The leak remains unresolved, and their lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for reliable service.

I had an emergency with a water bill three times higher than usual. Last night, I sent a WhatsApp message to Find my leak and immediately received a response. Ajay and Kyle came out today. They were extremely friendly yet highly professional. Very punctual, knowledgeable, and explained every procedure to me to reassure me what was being done and why and the outcome. I can only sing their praises! Thank you SO much, you are highly appreciated!
