Garth / GPS provided a superb plumbing service. Geyser burst and I contact him at about 7.30 in the morning and my call was taken. He arrived withing the time specified and provided an assessment and verbal quotation which was accepted. Replacement of geyser was done promptly. Workmanship is good and installation executed professionally. I highly recommend.

I found Garth via Google, and realised that he falsely advertised his location. I was looking for a plumber in Pinelands, he is based in Tokai. He got to my apartment in the time promised but with just a plunging device and no other equipment. Dressed very formally and seemingly with no real interest to resolve the plumbing problem. He boldly stated that he doesn’t do most of his work and subcontracts alot of it and asks for a mark up for himself. He also provided no solid advise on what to do with the plumbing issue and referred me to one of his subcontractors. Who literally was a complete waste of my effort and time. I would not recommend Garth as he cannot provide quality service let alone basic information that is reliable. It seems that he was interested in making a quick buck and I had to pay him for absolutely nothing.
