    28th January 2025 Greenz responded promtly within an hour to our request for repairs to our blocked showerhead and basintap at our residence in Bellville.A team of three polite staff members arrived an hour later in the Greenz service vehicle. They immediately identified what the problem was and fixed it . A new showerhead was installed and basin tap filter cleared of debris within an hour. Staff also cleaned the tile floor. We were satisfied with the totalcost for the repairs and could make payment with our bankcard on their machine. We receaved a printout of payment immediatly.     My insurance got Greenz involved when a previous contractor (Erica Williams services) completely messed up a replacement of our instant water heater and wasted 3 months of our time. I was kept informed at every point by Greenz, from procuring the safest replacement available, to getting the unit installed safely and still accessible to our kids.. Greenz communicated with me all the time and the whole thing was completed in a much shorter and reasonable time frame, and installed professionally. Very happy customer, and special thanks to Chevone and Cherwyn from Greenz.
