Starlet, the manager, was completely unprofessional and rude. They didnt let me know when they would be coming to complete the repairs and just called to tell me when they were outside. Then she was rude to me when I told them that they couldnt just give me a minutes notice. There are 1000s of electricians and plumbers in Cape Town. I would advise that you make use of another service.

The most overpriced plumbing service I have ever used. I had 2 other plumbers have a look at the quote I received and they were shocked at the amount I was charged for only 15 minutes of labor. In addition it took 6 weeks for their team to send an invoice. Honestly just find a different service and get some quotes first before you use this company.
