Terrible. Sent three plumbers over on three different days to fix a leak. Couldn’t find the leak so did some unnecessary work on the toilet and left. As soon as they put the water pressure back on the leak started again. I could have told you that the leak was coming from a pipe under pressure not the toilet. Unbelievable! Had to get my own plumbers in. Shocking. Nedbank home insurance why use these guys? Please please please.. if you in the Durbanville area use Drip and Drain plumbers.. Deon and his guys are Soo good. +27 84 758 6237 is his number..

The Workmanship of this company is pathetic, they were supposed to do a leak detection and fix the leak but instead of doing that they broke my bath. I’ve been waiting for more then 2 weeks for them to pay for the damages they caused. Whenever you call them they have a different story. The workers are very unprofessional and incompetent. If ever I have a plumbing issue at my house and the bank sent this people, I will chase they far away.

This company is shocking. Called out for insurance to investigate a leak, looked at water meter for 1min 12 sec (on camera) and said – no sorry, you caused your own damage. 3 weeks later we requested a new company to investigate and they found a massive leak. This Danie guy lies and says they watch the meter for 5 minutes. What a joke. Reported them to ABSA, digitally and PIRB. I hope they go bankrupt and close their doors. Poor poor poor service delivery.

If other service providers offered 50% of the service we received from Monique, the world would be a better place. Our solar cylinder burst on Friday 13th afternoon, and the water was gushing down the road. At 19h00, on the Friday before a long weekend, they cams to help us. Monique updated hubby about progress in locating a replacement including on Sunday 15th! Installation by a different company (the suppliers) on Wednesday, not working AGAIN on Friday 20th. It is 17h32 and another of JJ Lourens’ employees is on the roof Correcting the issue. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

This company was delegated by OUTsurance to see to my leak asses and repair. Surprisingly it was done very proffesionally and the plumber (Helpas) conducted the job well. Only issue with JJ Lourens is that they don’t do the building repair (wall and ceiling) which they had to break through to get to the pipe. This now has to be outsorced to another company via insurance.
