They installed my washing machine and I was really impressed. I would definitely recommend their services.

Used Mountzion Plumbers for a) kitchen sink, cabinets and plumbing for kitchen: after a few months, there was a leak; they came to fix it by putting sealant on the top, but the pipe was the issue as it was installed incorrectly according to another plumber in Cape Town. I called Mountzion with no reply from them. Words from the new plumber “We found that the sink waste pipe was installed at an angle causing it to leak – installed new trap and washing machine waste outlet”… We don’t mind paying, but do the job properly is what I say! b) I had a brand new toilet installed by Mountzion Plumbers; at present it is moving when someone sits on it; I’ve called, and sent an email with no response again. This is what I say, stand behind your work and do a good job, now I have to get the plumbers over to fix a new toilet because you did not do your job properly.

First of all they go by different names so check your numbers…. We actually called 24 hour plumbers and got these same jokers. I’d give zero if I could…these guys are big time con men. They are not making their money off working but coming out, doing nothing for 15 minutes, and then saying you owe them R650 call out fee that they said they didn’t have when initially called. They said they don’t mind the negative reviews as it will still help them get business…. DISGUSTING. I hope they see a drastic reduction in calls.

Complete charlatans. Hired by my landlord to redo kitchen (with a sink), 2 small bathrooms (shower + basin). Worst overall experience of my life. Everything they touched leaked… for months. Brought in new plumbers to fix a huge shower leak that was leaking LITRES water/daily (which they managed to fix in 10 minutes so even landlord swapped plumber eventually because realized they made a mistake initially going with them). Do yourself a favour and hire literally ANYONE else. Let me add that they refused to get a tarp when they removed all the tiles from my kitchen (because they didn’t quote for this R50 piece of equipment; how professional and imagine the chaos in the house), they used (and broke) MY cleaning equipment to “clean” after themselves, they left the rubble in the house for the entire works and then in the garden for an additional 10 days (so we lived in a construction site for 2 months). I think perhaps you are used to working outdoors but definitely DEFINITELY not suited for INDOORS more refined plumbing and home renovations is my honest feedback. It was a traumatic renovations and we are still finding leaks needing to be repaired by other plumbers… 😮💨 It has nothing to do with parts; the landlord did not purchase broken parts you just didn’t install them properly or perhaps broke them upon installation as you did much of the house when you left. Good luck with what you are good at but as I mentioned it’s not the more refined indoor renovations.
