This company need to be closed down. And it’s a disgrace that they are on insurance company’s panel. You would think that insurance companies will make use of qualified plumbers. For 6 months this people have put me through hell. After they replaced my geyser, I had to replace the pump, valves and controller on my geyser at my expense. Not to mention my entire ceiling that needed to be replaced because of all the damage caused by leakages. After some research I have found that the plumbers that replaced my geyser was not qualified nor registered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Absolute brilliant service. Last week my geyser burst. I was contacted within 30 minutes of logging the claim with my insurance and Plumbguarantee arranged assesment and replacement same day. Plumbers were extremely professional (Thank you William and Paul) ensuring no disruptions and not leaving a crumb of dirt behind. The office arrange invoices directly to my insurance causing me a hassle free claim. Well done Plumbguarantee.

Such a shame that this is the quality of workmanship and professionalism that is allowed in a plumbing company. 4 leaks after a geyser replacement and roof tiles not re-installed correctly with a bad attitude. Can’t believe my insurance use these guys.

PlumbNOGuarantee Insurance Claim Installation from 2021: I spent a whole year getting an answer on a warranty claim for a geyser. Refused to respond to initial insurance company on mail. Hung up on me twice (thanks Jaylin) and are not a breeze to deal with. My advice, avoid them. Quote over R800 call out fee to take a photo of a geyser and claim a log? Others quoted me 250, 350, 450. Most expensive call out with the lowest quality service. Update: a more reasonable plumbing service was here. Advised warranty claim is necessary. Didn’t quote me for the call out. Still claimed via my insurance just for a stupid bloody warranty claim. Why? Because PlumbGuarantee wanted me to claim insurance to have a manufacturer handle a warranty claim. Quite the scummy business practice. 12 Sept: Got a different plumber out via my insurance. They didn’t quote me anything in the end. Warranty claim processes. I’ve attached photos now. Previous guy that installed my HotBot said there was nothing wrong (also from PlumbGuarantee)
