Although the staff are friendly which I do appreciate, the turnaround time to get anything done is absolutely ridiculous. First appointment they were late and unable to make it, rescheduled for a few days later. Next appointment the expectation was that the team would do the work, instead stayed 10 minutes – said they need materials and took photos, affirming they would be back later to complete the work. Then called to say they need ordering materials and could not do any work but charged the full call out fee and would schedule another appointment for continuing the work. By the end of the day they could not confirm another appointment because I needed to pay for materials first… All the while I have 2 leaks that urgently needs fixing… I don’t get it, do you not want to work?

Superb service, professional and friendly staff! No words over the repairs done at my premises, they really know what they are doing. I’m telling you, I was stressed out with the municipality bill high due to leaking pipes and they came in and sorted my pipes out in a sec!!!

I would definitely not recommend this company. Their service is the worst I have had in many years. Insurance assigned contractor. Absolutely no response from them. Just empty promises of calling me back to schedule when work can start, but not one callback promise kept. Claim lodged more than a month ago and they have not even committed on a date to start the work. Every time I contact them they come up with excuses and a promise to contact me back before a certain time. Just does not happen.

I can honestly say that having this company assigned to me by my insurance will chase me completely away from my own insurance company. The plumbers came out (then you have your first 1 hour call out fee paid for by insurance), they came without any equipment! Then they sit around for another hour (LITERALLY JUST SITTING) and we must await the quote. At the end of hour 2, we got a ridiculous quote which includes them travelling to fetch their equipment AND are now still liable for the extra hour they spent sitting around waiting for the quote. Geez, this is a hell naw from me!
