Came and lifted bricks at my house to find a burst pipe, sent by Standard Bank insurance, they half did the job and left an almighty mess in my backyard, i gave them a dropsheet for the soil to go on which they used and asked to stack the brick paving to one side which they didnt do, they through all the soil on top of the brick paving and claimed there was no burst pipe, i then ended up doing the job and found the burst pipe, they came back to clean up as i layed a major complaint, Standard Bank insurance should be ashamed of themselves for using such useless plumbers, when they returned they stack about 20 of the 100 bricks and said would be back tomorrow i then kicked them off my property and told them never to return, i am still waiting for the owner to call me back but no response from him , hence writing this review, disgusting service, plumbers obviously not qualified, and are just Handy men not tradesman just DIY, i am so disgusted with their service. I will never have them in our complex again they are banned as they are nothing but useless

I had a terrible experience with Solar Plumbers 4 You. Firstly, they brought the wrong geyser which showed their lack of attention to detail and preparation. Then, they had to order a different copper geyser which is taking 10 days to manufacture. During this time, the communication from their side is so poor, and I have to call them for updates as they do not make any contact with me. Their customer service was also appalling. Despite the fact that I was without hot water for 10 days, they did not show any empathy towards my situation. Im still without Hot water! It is disappointing to see such unprofessional behaviour from a plumbing company. To make matters worse, the lady called Mischka was most unhelpful. They did not offer any alternative solutions and did not make any effort to mitigate the situation. It felt like they did not care about their customers at all. Overall, I would not recommend Solar Plumbers 4 You to anyone looking for plumbing services. Their lack of attention to detail, poor customer service, and unprofessional behaviour show that they are not a reliable or trustworthy company to work with. I do not know why FNB use them.
