Had an amazing experience with Thompson’s Plumbing! HIGHLY recommend. We needed a big project done over the course of a few days, and I was initially skeptical because of previous unsatisfactory experiences with other plumbing companies. I was also anxious as my elderly mother would be home alone the majority of the time. The lovely receptionist assured me that all their employees are held to the highest standards, and I am SO glad I let her convince me. Our team was made up of three fantastic young men: Sam, MJ and Joal. I was immediately put at ease upon meeting them, and they only continued to impress over the next days. They were friendly, professional, and very efficient workers – we could not believe the amount of progress they had made by the end of the first day. After years of struggling to deal with increasing problems caused by old plumbing, I wish we had contacted this company sooner. It definitely would have saved us a lot of trouble – and money! After being stressed about this issue for so long, we are insanely relieved and grateful to have found Thompsons Plumbing. Would also like to shout out the receptionist, Alexis, who kept in touch throughout the entire process and talked me through everything. Her efforts were very appreciated and did a lot to allay my anxiety.
