    We are managing agents for a large number of schemes and have been using this company for a number of years. One of the schemes had a liability for one of the owners’ account, and despite our continual follow-up, payment from that owner was not forthcoming. The general manager of Vital Plumbing has taken the executive decision to not do any further work for our company pending this one payment. How unprofessional and how ill-informed can a company be? Each body corporate runs independently. Anyways, we are moving on.

    This company is epic, so responsive and helpful. In particular Junaid has been my go to person for a while now and always so helpful and just feel so confident in their service and quality. He has been able to help quickly when needed and felt very very happy with their service. I would highly recommend this company, having now used them a number of times, they are great.

    Vital Plumbing does excellent work. I had them on site for several matters. Most recently for a replacement of the outdated geyser. The advice, communication and then the installation by the extremely competent and friendly expert Jarlon is exceptional. Thank you and 5*+ for you!

    We’re still flabbergasted about the exorbitant quotation, Yusrah, the administrator of Vital Plumbing, gave us, for installing a booster pump. And although we’ve send him an email to show him that he more than doubled the price of a booster pump, the watertank, the materials and tripled the working hours, we knew of course that he wouldn’t give any explanation. As, we really saved at least R 30.000! on it. The only response was sending us an invoice for the call out charge, how sympathetic! But, we really don’t mind of course to make a payment of R 667 instead of paying R 47.073, 97 We’ve eventually got a funny response ( ‘ No, I don’t mess with that’ ) from a plumber here in our own neighborhood and he refused to explain why not. So, may be Vital Plumbing was actually not willing to do a job like that either. But, they could have said so, in stead of sending us an absurd quotation. Anyway, we’ll never forget the name Vital Plumbing anymore, that’s for sure!

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Exceptional Service from Vital Plumbing!** Vital Plumbing succeeded where others had failed — working on our imported Geberit wall-mounted toilets. Their service was truly outstanding! Branden Laurence was incredibly professional, punctual, and efficient. He came prepared with the right spares, worked cleanly and quickly, and got everything running perfectly in no time. The level of expertise and professionalism was impressive. Highly recommend Vital Plumbing for any tricky plumbing issues — they really know their stuff! 👏👏
