After 3 years with insurance plumbers trying to solve a waterleak. At 18h00 we were g@tvol one evening and phoned Werner. He was prepared to immediatly assist us after we found the problem and needed him to do the repair. Emergency repair was done and follow-up done for final repair. Maybe Santam should rather get people like Werner to assist their customers! Awesome service, professional and friendly…. AND efficient! Job well done guys – thank you!
