Brilliant service. The highest quality of work and professional, friendly craftsmen. Very quick response time. Sent a team almost immediately to fix a sewage leak and fit a new toilet. Despite the chaos of the situation, they had me feeling relaxed and smiling within moments of arrival. Extremely good value for money, would recommend to all.

So disappointed. After calling from 14th June and being promised return calls and service ‘within two weeks’. I was finally told today that they will never be able to come to me because they have a big contract elsewhere and can’t take on more work until the end of the year. That isn’t an issue – what is, is that it took so long to extract this info. I can’t think of any reason I wasn’t told this on my first call on 14 June or on a return call to me to let me know- if so I would have have happily asked elsewhere for assistance in good time.

We’ve just used Wynberg plumbing again and we’re so happy with the service. From the moment we spoke to the super efficient receptionist, to the end of the job, it was an absolute pleasure. Today, it was a geyser valve replacement-wear and tear. A month ago a tap that needed replacing but we’ve previously used Wynberg plumbing for detecting and fixing a VERY tricky leak in the 2nd floor slab; a burst geyser and a running toilet. Always fixed first time and with a great attitude. Over a period of 12 years, they have never let us down. Thanks so much to the entire team for their integrity and service.

The underground leak detection staff was very thorough and competent. The admin staff service exceeded my expectation in as so far as communication via email and telephone calls and in advising me on different options to sort out the repair work. I was very impressed. The repair work itself was done on time and the repair and finish to the underground burst water pipe was done very professionally. The cost of the repairs was affordable. Well done Wynberg Plumbers.
