Poor, poor response and service. I waited for 5 days to replace my burst geyser. They never did, as my insurer eventually switched to another contractor.

Had a job done by them via Discovery Insurance claim… long story short, replacing pipe has to be done three times because the plumber was quite happy with the replaced pipe that leaks before leaving the site.

Had an insurance claim for my geyser 2 persons arrived at my dwelling for an accessment, one person asked me how must they get the new geyser in the roof space. I asked them for their credentials as qualified plumbers which they could not produce. It is now day 4 without warm water,this after several appointments. Waiting in anticipation.
